When placing an order, the Buyer can choose the following payment options:

  1. Prepayment of the ordered goods;
  2. Payment for goods upon receipt at the postal company branch.

When choosing the "Prepayment" option, the Buyer can pay for the ordered goods online with a payment card in a secure mode or order an invoice for payment for the goods by bank transfer. An invoice will be sent to the Buyer by email upon confirmation of the order. The invoice must be paid in full within three banking days from the date of issue. The buyer can pay the received invoice in any convenient way. The paid goods will be sent to the Buyer on the next business day after the funds have been fully credited to the Seller’s bank account.

If the Buyer selects the "Payment upon receipt" option, the goods are sent to the Buyer on the next business day after confirmation of the order. The "Payment upon receipt" service is paid and is calculated based on the relevant tariffs of the transport company. The total cost of the service will be added to the total cost of the order. The "Payment upon receipt" service does not apply to orders with a total weight of more than 30 kilograms.

In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, when paying by bank transfer, all necessary documents will be signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS) and provided to the Buyer in electronic form. At the request and expense of the Buyer, paper documents can be sent to the Buyer by a transport company.

Primary documents signed with an electronic digital signature are original documents in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Trust Services" and "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Flow". The use of digital signature without prior approval of this right is regulated by Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine", according to which primary accounting documents can be drawn up on paper or machine media, and can also be signed using digital signature. The Buyer can sign the received documents in electronic document management systems or on the website of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
